Plantar Fasciitis: The most common condition is plantar fasciitis especially if there is pain getting out of bed in the morning and after sitting down for a period of time. Fortunately about 85% of patients experience significant relief after 3 or 4 treatments in the office.

Plantar fasciitis : Your foot has thick, fibrous band of tissue reaching from your heel to your toes. These tissues support the muscles and arch of the foot. When they’re overly stretched, tiny tears can occur in their surface. This can cause pain and inflammation.NSAIDS help as well as rolling foot over a frozen water bottle.See a podiatrist if fails to get better.
