Stimulant effects: Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is an Amphetamine and is a "cousin" to Crystal Meth. Some folks don't realize that and say, their doctor never explained that to them. All Amphetamnes are appetite suppressants. As such, losing weight can interfere with one's muscle building. So, Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) can, indirectly, decrease one's muscle gaining. If your body loses weight while trying to build muscle mass; you will not gain as much.
