Which tisane?: Tisanes are herbal teas but they can be made with many different herbs. Some herbs can actually interfere with pregnancy.Fecundity ( the chance that you will get pregnant in any given cycle) does decrease with advancing maternal age but if your tests were all good, it may be just a matter of time. It is also possible that your partner could have a problem.
