"Brain Fever": I'm not at all sure what the term brain fever refers to. Fever is fever - an elevation of core body temperature. There are many reasons for fever. If you are referring to brain fever as a fever where the normal regulation of body temperature by the brain is out of whack, then that can happen by a variety of reasons. Could happen after a stroke, from an infection, tumor. The list is long.
