Not nuts or pregnant: From your description alone there is no reason to think you're crazy. But you might be wise to have an exam to discover what is going on. It's the only way to know. If there are no other symptoms - like depression, anxiety, hallucinations, etc. psychiatric issues are unlikely but you could seek an eval if they are. I hope your baby is fine and that your exam goes well.

Hard to answer: The easy answer is no, you're not crazy, but maybe you should pay good attention to whether you are having regular periods monthly . Some women can experience spotting regularly and think they are having periods when they are actually pregnant . However, if you are regularly having a period every 28-35 days, it is unlikely you are pregnant. You need to see your GP to discuss why you feel 'kicks'
