Unprotected?: If you are having unprotected sexual intercourse, yes this is possible - HCG blood test and ultrasound a specific. If you are not pregnant-consider condoms and oral contraceptives( BC pills )

Unlikely: With regular periods and 4 negative pregnancy tests it is highly unlikely. You need to see your doctor to find out why you are having the pain.
