Pregnant: I would still put reflux as possibility, even though you are not having classic heartburn. At 11 weeks pregnant you are at prime time for that. Bilateral problem would make me think kidney, and pregnancy does cause women prone to reflux into kidneys from bladder. Talk to your OB
