No evidence of this.: Caffeine should not affect protein absorption much. Since caffeine can cause things to move faster through the digestive tract, theoretically the time available to digest and absorb nutrients is decreased. However, the body overall is very good as digesting and absorbing protein, so this change in speed should not affect much.
