A member asked:

If you have asthma and are prone to frequent sinus infections, is this linked to the low lung capacity of 80% that i have? facial sweat too?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Asthma+sinusitis: Asthma and allergy go together. Most people with chronic sinus disease have allergy. If the allergy is treated, the sinuses and asthma will usually improve. There are other uncommon diseases that can result in lung and sinus disease. A pulmonologist can help if allergy treatment isn't helping.
