Finish & Dentist: May have developed a sinus infection as well since your body was stressed fighting off the tooth-related infection. Finish the antibiotics, but see your dr for another antibiotic course if you develop facial pain, continued fever, or after 10 days of symptoms. Green mucous means expired white blood cells with viral and bacterial illnesses. Next step for sinusitis would be Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate). Dental appt .
