Inguinal node: The two symptoms are most likely unrelated. The swollen groin node can be from a diaper rash or a systemic viral infection. The mucousy stool is either from a cold, where she swallows her mucous or perhaps a food that didnt agree too well. Have her pediatrician look at the node at the next visit. :)
