Unlikely: The best way to get vitamins is from a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables, not from soft drinks or vitamin tablets. Most vitamins are water soluble and are quickly eliminated by the kidneys so even if you drank a large vitamin drink the vitamins would be gone very soon. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!

Not likely: The vitamin types and levels aren't to the point that it should create problems. You may be more likely to have issues related to the crystalline fructose sweeteners or artificial sweeteners that certain Fuze products use.
