See below: Hi! for your height, you may be a little over the "ideal" weight. However i do not know how you are built.. Muscle tends to weigh more than fat so if you are very athletic you may be fine. The important thing is to control the amount of calories you eat in a day, you should be around 1400-1800 calories per day and to exercise daily
