Price: Flonase is prescription and very expensive. The generic is the same, only cheaper. Nasacort (triamcinolone) is a different glucocorticoid molecule with almost identical risks and benefits.. But you can buy Nasacort (triamcinolone) without prescription for about $20. It is very effective for pollen allergy without side effects for most people..
