Sure: May 1 is only 4 days from April 27. In real life, when talking about ultrasound dating of a fetus around 5-6 weeks gestation, the dates April 27, April 28, April 29, April 30, and May 1 can be seen as "the same time" or "the same day". That's because real life is never exact.
