Can a high prolactin level elevate glucose levels? if not, what meds cause a high prolactin level?

I am not aware: if It elevates the prolactin level. Some of the medications prescribed for anxiety,depression, psychosis can elevate prolactin level. Also Hypothyroidism and Pituitary tumors elevates prolactin level.
