Carpal tunnel : Depending on which fingers you could have carpal tunnel syndrome which is compression of the median nerve. Often it wakes people up with the symptoms you are describing. If you do a lot of repetitive work such as typing that may be the cause. You don't seem to have a bad case so splitting that hand would be sufficient as first line treatment but please see a physician because It can progress.

Get checked: Do you sleep with your arm under your head? If so, the weight of your head can impair circulation to the arm and hand during sleep, until your body wakes you up. If not, do get checked for possible nerve impairment from a condition in the neck (cervical) area. Hope that helps.
