See an OBGYN: This may be a problem w/ the ovulation/egg release process and only a thorough exam can focus in on the issue. Especially if it's more than a twinge - don't suffer. Find out what's wrong and decide on treatment. I hope it's nothing serious, but that's what exams are for. Best wishes!
