Contact?: It may be from a contact allergy or an irritant. Stop using any anti-static agent or softener when drying your clothes and re-wash all of your underwears before wearing. If your rash developed within a few weeks or months after switching to a new detergent, be sure to go back to the old one. In the meanwhile , try topical hydrocortisone cream. If the problem persists, see dermatologist.
