Doctor Visit: You are probably not pregnant but any doctor you see would be prudent to do a pregnancy test since you are sexually active. Vaginitis may cause abdominal pain and this should be evaluated and treated as well. You should seek care sooner than later to prevent complications

Unlikely: Highly unlikely, but some people have menstruation-like bleeding episodes during pregnancy. By this time, at 12 weeks, a visit to your physician for a blood test and ultrasound could help answer this question.
