Leepin' Lizards!!: Could be residual cauterized tissue or other stuff called "coagulum." Could be some infected tissue. Whatever it is, you got cramps which means your uterus was trying to squeeze the rest out. If that continues and Motrin doesn't help, or more tissue comes out or you get a fever or increasing pain or problems urinating or a foul odor, then see your doctor (or someone) ASAP.
