Perhaps medicines: The uterus is not the only strutture in your abdomen. Distention or twisting of the intestines may produce those symptoms. They may be a side effect of the pain medicines that you are taking. If you can, stop the advil (ibuprofen) and acetaminophen. If the symptoms persist, see your physician for an evaluation
