More pigment: Green eyes do tend to have slightly more pigment than blue eyes. From the question, it is difficult to tell if both eyes are turning green or just one. It would be more concerning if just one eye was turning a different color. You should probably see an eye doctor. The ring on the cornea might be arcus. It can be associated with high cholesterol so you may want to get that checked by your PCP.
