How do i attach a photo to my questions?

"Live" appointments: HealthTap PRIME doctors see and help you, via smartphone, tablet, or laptop. They can see photos you upload into your FILES folder. You can also send images while in the middle of a live PRIME consultation. PRIME is by subscription, but there is a generous promotion going on this month (Sept. 2014). Doctors answering the regular, free questions are NOT able to see patients' images or photos.
