Tricyclics: It is very important that you speak call doc or psychiatrist today about amytriptyliine as it is a tricyclic antidepressant and these are known to be contraindicated in those individuals with a cardiac problem history. They can affect electrical conduction in the heart. Do so soon.. SSRI's are a much safer and modern route to curtailing the panic attack/ anxiety. Take care.
