Well, not safely: There are no "natural" PO4 binders. One of the strongest "natural" phosphate binders previously used was aluminum, but that caused toxicity. The one with the highest affinity to the phosphorus otherwise is lanthanum, and that's a bit chewable and well-tolerated. Another chewable one that is new is sucroferric oxyhydroxide which is supposed to taste like berries. Please speak with your nephrologist
