Hard to say: you may have had a spontaneous abortion or just an irregular, heavy cycle. Maybe it's time to get on birth control and have your partner use condoms. Be responsible and do a home pregnacy test, see your GYN for an exam and blood testing and be responsible for your own sexuality.
