It means do not starve yourself, prepare your meals ahead of time, introduce a lot of vegetables ( no fatening dressings), eat 5-6 small meals per day, and finally excercise every single day. You decide how many calories you will take per day and you start the calories count every single day or you subscribe to a diet center to send you meals daily
