Can you exercise with pleurisy?

Gently please: The benefits of regular exercise are many. Gentle exercise with pleurisy should be fine. Listen to your body, don't push it too hard, but definitely avoid being too sedentary. Yoga may be an excellent choice of exercise type while you are recovering. Resting well afterwards is equally important.

It really depends on: Why you have pleurisy. If it's an acute infectious process or related to a recent blood clot, you may want to take it easy just to allow your body to convalesce. You'd be best suited by reviewing this who made your pleurisy diagnosis.
