Think or worry?: Some people have always believed that too much focus on it makes it hard to conceive and they tell of cases where it suddenly happens when there is less attention. But it's not simple thinking, it would be anxiety messing up chemistry related to ovulation in some way. See a good OBGYN to have yourself examined w/ respect to conceiving issues and then, don't worry - it may help.
