Pain at the suprapubic region can be caused by infection of the urinary bladder, or inflammation in the surrounding structure, such as interstitial cystitis, ventral-abdominal hernia, pelvic inflammatory disease, ovarian cysts, Pyramidalis muscle strain, Psoas muscle strain. To determine the exact etiology of your pain, please consult your physician.
