No vit deficiency.: counselling would help--there are no vitamin deficiencies that cause social anxiety.

Social anxiety D/O: Vitamin D deficiency may be indirectly related to anxiety in some people. Some natural anxiety reducers include: Passion Flower, Lemon Balm, Humulus lupulus (Hops) Valerian & Chamomile. However, for social anxiety disorder to really improve, therapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy or psychotherapy is best.
