Take the antibiotics: If you tested positive, you should do the treatment. Chlamydia can have no symptoms and later cause fertility issues. Make sure to be retested in a few weeks and make sure your partner(s) are treated as well. Condoms are good protection that you should definitely use but they are not perfect.
