The brown vaginal: discharge is likely old blood being cleaned from the vagina. Bleeding for four to five days should not be implantation bleeding. Your menses could be early or you could have breakthrough bleeding. You can always do a pregnancy test if you don't have a clear cut period and you have been sexually active.
