I am so sorry to: learn that you're in so much pain. What you need to do right now is to go to to the nearest emergency room and speak to someone about what's troubling you. If someone you trust, or if emergency services are available, please call and have them take you to the ER. You'll feel better once you've spoken with someone at the ER. Let them help you.
