Hello, i really want to know what is wrong with me.at least for 10 day now after i spend a great amount of time in bed my left kidney starts hurting.

2 likely dx: 1) Most likely kidney stones, which present with intermittent back pain that may radiate towards the groin. It is difficult to find a comfortable position with this kind of pain. 2) Kidney infection, however you would also have high fevers and feel sick in general. Likely it is kidney stones and you should see your primary doctor for imaging and possible urology referral.
