Yes: You do need to go to the ER. Although this is not a fatal dose, it could cause heart irregularities and you should be checked.

If you took this : overdose on purpose, you do need to go to hospital. The recommended dose range of Seroquel is 400-800 mg. Fatalities are very uncommon with overdoses of 300 mg of Lexapro (escitalopram). The problem is that both medications can cause cardiac conduction problems, low blood pressure & dizziness. Since you O.D.'ed on both, that's the 2nd reason to go to an ER ny ambulance or as a passenger in a private car.
