Menopause: Hot flashes are a frequent symptom of menopause as is stopping of the menstrual periods for one year. During peri-menopause mainly other symptoms may occur e.g. Decreased sexual desire, foggy thinking, fatigue, insomnia and sometimes depression.

See below: If i understand your question correctly you want to know if there are any other symptoms of menopause other than hot flashes. You can have forgetfulness, dryness of the vagina, frequency of urination, decreased libido, insomnia and fatigue.
