If my period end 3-4days (15-18aug), my cycle is 30days,i ttc on 1aug and my period usually end 7-8days. how do i calculate my next period?

Menses: If your cycle is 30 days then you time it from the day it starts and count 30 days in the future. How long it lasts, when you ovulate or when you have sex has nothing to do with when the next period should start. Menstrual periods are timed from start to start.
