Genitourinary pain: Get an evaluation. You may have a hemorrhoid, internal or external or a pilonidal cyst, which is a tract that forms from the rectum to the skin, usually between the coccyx and the anus. You may also have a cyst in the vagina known as a Bartholin's cyst. I recommend taking a warm bath with a few inches of water and a cup of Epsoms salts, which may ease the inflammation until you can be evaluated.
