Excercise: Strengthening the upper back and shoulder muscles will be a big help. A simple exercise is 'arm circles'. Just put your arms straight out to your sides and rotate your shoulder joints to make your hands go in circles. In school we called these 'windmills'. It's a simple exercise that will help build muscle tone and strength in your upper back and shoulders. Start easy and work up. Congrats!
