See gyn or pcp: You could have a yeast infection or another infection , or an allergy to something topical used in or around the vagina so see your doctor and have it checked..

Yeast infection: Flagyl can solve the bacterial vaginosis problem but allow for an overgrowth of yeast. I would try a vinegar and water douche to decrease the yeast load and soak in some Epson salt. I might also try an OTC anti fungal. My favorite is tioconazole which I always take on any trip ($14). If these things don't work see your gynecologist.
