i had medial meniscus tear repair surgery synovial plica inflammation and some cartilage damage 3 weeks ago i can't bend my knee is it normal?

Medial meniscus tear: After repair it may need upto 4-6 weeks to get good recovery. So please continue therapy. If your range of motion stopped improving then you need to see your surgeon.
