Healthy diet: There are no foods that definitely cause or prevent breast cancer . Generally speaking it is goid to eat plenty if vegetables and fruit to provide vitamins and antioxidants. Starches and fatty foods and fast foods are considered unhealthy as they are associated with overweight or obesity which is associated with an elevated estrogen level which may be a factor which can increase your risk.
