Klonopin (clonazepam): has a longer elimination half life than most benzodiazepines 19-60 hours. It is metabolized by the liver and excreted through the kidneys. Grapefruit juice made from the rind can delay the elimination. 3 mg is a big dose. 0.5 mg of Klonopin (clonazepam) is similar to 10 mg Valium. So you may have undetectable levels in 6 to 12 days depending on your metabolism.

Urine Testing?: Klonopin (clonazepam) has a fairly long half life, 30-40 hours on the low end, and 50 hours on the high end. To be sure it is "out" of your body, wait 10-10.4 days (aprox 5 X 50hr half-lives) before risking a test. That being said, if the Klonopin (clonazepam) was dispensed by your Doctor, you don't have to worry. If you took it for recreation, seek help - or you will relapse!
