I've had a pin in my 4th digit for 2 weeks. it feels creaky when i walk sometimes. i wear a sandal boot. is the mild random creaking normal?

Creaky ok: Is the toe sore, red or swollen? If so then creaky is not ok but part of the inflammatory process and should be checked. If just creaky with no other symptom then it's ok!

Sounds OK.: Assuming that the digit is on your foot, the bone wouldn't be healed around that pin for at least six weeks, so the creaking, or clicking, may reflect some persistent looseness about the pin which will lessen and go away over some more time.
