Topical yes: If using as a topical agent for yeast / fungus it is safe. Oral miconazole "buccal" is a class C drug for pregnancy and should be used by physician prescription and after consult weighing the risks and benefits. Good luck and congratulation on the pregnancy.

Stops growth: Miconazole is good treatment for several yeasts and fungi. Get the generic otc which is as good as the brand but costs less.
