I was dignosed with chlamydia and i was wondering if i can i take another dose of azithromycin 500 mg ( 2 pills) 7 days later, to make sure it's gone.

Don't advise this: A single dose of Zithromax should be enough. An additional dose will not make the infection resolve any sooner.
