Where in cycle?: It depends on where you are in your cycle and whether or not you are using contraception what this could be. The breast tenderness can be sign of pregnancy or can be normal in the second half of your cycle especially if you are getting a lot of caffeine. The discharge can be because you took a pill late,implantation,ovulation, or infection.
