Possible but: unlikely. this is a 35mcg pill and they usually work fine. ovulation can happen but is very infrequent. if you are on constant antibiotics or meds that interfere with the pill it is possible. if you are very overweight it is possible. if you vomit a lot it is possible. generally the pill is reliable in preventing ovulation.
